Orders

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed 1-3 business days after order is placed. If you need immediate shipment, please indicate in "notes to the seller" at checkout, or send us an email at contact@prettyandpetites.com. We will do our best to process your order right away.

 

How do I change or cancel my order?

As long as your order has not been sent out, you are able to make changes or cancel your order. Once your order is shipped, typically 1-3 business days after placement, we are not able to change or cancel your order. Cancellations will be treated as returns.

How long does shipping within the US take?

We offer free standard shipping within the US which takes 3-5 business days. For faster shipments, please indicate priority mail at checkout.

 You will receive an email once your order is shipped with your tracking number. 

 

How long does it take to ship internationally?

Shipment time will depend on country, an estimated time will show up at checkout. 

Canada shipping: we automatically take $5 off at checkout, customer is responsible for remaining shipping costs.


Do you refund shipping fees?

Shipping fees are non-refundable. 

 

How do I know my package has shipped and is on its way?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been packaged, typically 1-3 business days after purchase, your order is headed by USPS, you will receive another automatic email with shipping information.

 

Returns

I am in the United States and want to return an item I am not satisfied with.

If you are not happy with your purchase, return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt. We will gladly accept returns for products in original condition with tags attached. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. We do not accept returns on bodysuits, undergarments, or final sale items. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment, or you may request a store credit. You are responsible for the return shipping label.


How do I make a return?

 1.) Please email us at contact@prettyandpetites.com and provide us with your order number and reason for return (optional, but helps us improve our service).


2.) Upon return approval you will receive an email return confirmation with 48 hours.

3.) Once your item is securely packaged and ready to ship, you will receive return label address via email.

Make sure to use a trackable & insured shipping method to return your package.

4.) Once your order is received please allow 3-5 business days to process your return.

Please note: Pretty & Petite is not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen during transit 

I got my order, but an item is missing/defective/not what I ordered. What do I do?

Once you receive your order, thoroughly check your delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, you must contact via email within 2 days of receipt and let us know.
